Stonehenge
The locals refer to Stonehenge as "just a pile of rocks." I guess they're not as thrilled to see it as a foreigner would be. It must be like if they were to come to Chicago and be so thrilled by the tall buildings, but us Chicagoans would probably be like "Eh, it's just the Sears Towers." But yes, can you smell what the Rocks are cooking? Stonehenge has always sparked my imagination and I have been curious to see it since I was a boy (images of the cartoon show "Mighty Max" come to mind). So when I came to Bath and they told us that Stonehenge wasn't far away, we knew we couldn't miss it! So there we were seeing something I didn't even plan on witnessing on this trip. I never would have guess Stonehenge was so close to where I would be. It pays to ask the locals what there is to do :-) Yes, I guess they are just a bunch of rocks, but they are rocks with so much history and so much of the unkown. The most famous Rocks in history...

The Abby at Bath in England
Yes, you heard right. I took off to the UK and Italy. Currently, we are in Bath, England! This is a quaint town with a gorgeous river and fabulous architecture. It's a nice medieval town with fabulous scenery. Plus, it has this nice church in the center of town. It's called the Abby. Since being here we've been exploring the sights and drinking some good pints of beer.
