Sailor talk

Well, I've been back from Europe for over 10 days now. (What a cool trip that was. If you know me personally, ask to see "THE VIDEO" ;-)And I went right back to my usual routine of working, exercising and hanging with family and friends. A little different from jamming with the band, drinking pints of GOOD beer and exploring new cities. But life in Chicago is exciting in it's own way. Since it's the holiday season and that is usually the busiest time of year for PrimeWines.com, I have went back to work for them. Working for PrimeWines.com is almost as grueling as working for the Chicago Revolution...except I'm not surrounded by my cool revolutionaries. And since I've been back we've done some of the most physical work ever associated with wines: transferring and arranging over 1,600 cases of wine!! Plus, you see that picture? Yeah, we had over 100 cases fall off the back and had to clean up for over 4 hours! That in itself was one of the most dangerous and hazardous jobs I have ever done (you're surrounded by broken glass, there are boxes that are just waiting to fall on top of you and there is wine everywhere!). So after the wine clean up, we got to the actual work: hauling 1,600 cases from the container on to our warehouse area. Not fun. Well, we made it fun. After a while you loose feeling in your back and you get delirious, so you start talking about anything. And thanks to our warehouse guy John, he reminded us to watch the Sailor talk in front of the lone lady who purchased all those cases. Dirty Sailor Talk.
